These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the OFFLIMITS website, access request forms, communication channels, project pages, commercial inquiry forms and any related online services operated by OFFLIMITS.

OFFLIMITS is an event concept brand based in Bucharest, Romania, creating event experiences built around music, atmosphere, access, visual identity and social energy.
OFFLIMITS may create, promote, manage or collaborate on event concepts, including Project X Bucharest and future OFFLIMITS experiences.

These Terms apply to:

We aim to keep information accurate and updated. However, event concepts, dates, access types, locations, capacities, prices, visuals, partners, program elements and other details may change at any time.
Information displayed on the website does not create a guaranteed right to attend an event, receive access, become a partner, obtain VIP status or participate in any OFFLIMITS experience.
4. OFFLIMITS Projects
OFFLIMITS may present current, upcoming or future projects on the website.
Project X Bucharest is presented as a flagship OFFLIMITS experience and private nightlife concept. Any information about Project X Bucharest, including access, format, location, capacity, schedule or availability, may be updated or changed.
Future projects shown as “Coming Soon”, “In Development”, “More Projects”, “Upcoming” or similar are concept previews only and do not guarantee that the project will take place.
5. Access Requests
Submitting an access request, joining a list, filling out a form or contacting OFFLIMITS does not automatically guarantee entry, approval, ticket availability, VIP access, partner access or event participation.
OFFLIMITS may review access requests manually and may approve, reject, prioritize or ignore requests at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
We may consider factors such as:

Access type requested
Guest list status
Safety and security considerations
Age restrictions
Payment or confirmation status, if applicable
Compliance with event rules
Operational requirements
Venue limitations
OFFLIMITS is not required to explain individual access decisions unless required by law.
6. Tickets, Paid Access and Reservations
If OFFLIMITS offers paid tickets, paid access, reservations, deposits or paid event participation in the future, additional terms may apply.

A ticket, QR code, confirmation email, wristband or access approval may be required for entry. Entry may still be refused if the guest does not comply with these Terms, event rules, venue rules, age requirements, security requirements or applicable law.
7. Prices and Availability
Any prices, access levels, ticket categories or availability shown on the website are subject to change unless confirmed through an official payment or confirmation process.
OFFLIMITS may change, pause, limit or remove access types at any time.
Displaying an access category such as General Access, VIP Access or Partner Access does not guarantee availability.
8. Payments
If paid access, tickets, deposits, reservations or commercial services become available, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
OFFLIMITS does not intend to store full payment card details directly on the website.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, processing rules and security checks.
A payment may be considered incomplete until OFFLIMITS or the payment provider confirms it successfully.
9. Refunds, Cancellations and Changes
Refunds, cancellations, transfers and event changes may be subject to a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a specific event has its own refund terms, those terms will apply.
For certain event tickets or leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period, EU consumer law may exclude the general right of withdrawal, depending on the circumstances. The Court of Justice of the European Union has addressed this exception for leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period.
Where paid tickets or paid access become available, OFFLIMITS will provide applicable refund and cancellation information before or during the purchase process where required.
10. Event Changes
OFFLIMITS may change event details for operational, safety, legal, venue, weather, technical, supplier, security or force majeure reasons.

If a significant change occurs, OFFLIMITS will aim to communicate updates through official channels.
11. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an OFFLIMITS event is cancelled or postponed, OFFLIMITS will aim to communicate next steps through official channels.
Depending on the situation, this may include:

Access transfer
Refund option
Credit option
Updated event details
Alternative solution
The exact remedy may depend on the event, payment status, ticket terms, provider terms and applicable law.
12. Age Restrictions
Some OFFLIMITS experiences may be restricted by age, such as 18+.
Where an age restriction applies, guests may be required to show valid government-issued identification at entry.
OFFLIMITS may refuse entry if:

13. Entry and Security

Failure to provide valid ID where required
Aggressive, abusive or unsafe behavior
Harassment, violence or threats
Intoxication or unsafe condition
Possession of prohibited items
Damage to property
Non-compliance with staff instructions
Breach of these Terms or event rules
Breach of applicable law or venue rules
Entry decisions may be made at the discretion of OFFLIMITS, venue representatives or security staff, subject to applicable law.
14. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own behavior and personal belongings.
By attending an OFFLIMITS event, guests agree to:
Respect other guests, staff and venue representatives
Follow safety and security instructions
Respect venue property and private property
Follow access and wristband rules
Avoid harassment, violence, discrimination or unsafe behavior
Avoid damaging equipment, furniture, venue areas or private property
Comply with applicable law
Guests may be held responsible for damage, loss, misconduct or unlawful behavior caused by them.
15. Prohibited Items and Conduct
Specific event rules may list prohibited items. In general, OFFLIMITS may prohibit items or conduct that creates safety, legal, operational or venue risks.

Weapons or dangerous items
Illegal substances
Fireworks or pyrotechnics
Outside alcohol, where prohibited
Fake access passes, fake wristbands or fake QR codes
Professional recording equipment without approval
Harassment or intimidation
Violence or threats
Property damage
Unauthorized commercial activity
Unauthorized promotion or distribution of materials
Security checks may be carried out where permitted by law and venue rules.
16. Media, Photography and Video
OFFLIMITS events may include photography, videography and content capture for documentation, social media, promotion, safety or brand communication.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in general crowd shots, atmosphere footage or event recap content.
Where close-up, interview, influencer, commercial or individually focused content is created, additional consent or release forms may be used where appropriate.

17. Brand Collaborations and Partner Access
OFFLIMITS may allow brands, partners, suppliers, creators, venues or commercial collaborators to contact us through the website.
Submitting a commercial inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, partnership, exclusivity, sponsorship status, access approval or collaboration.
Any commercial collaboration may require a separate written agreement.
OFFLIMITS may reject or discontinue collaboration discussions at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
18. Intellectual Property
