This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, postponements, event changes, access requests and paid access may be handled by OFFLIMITS.


This policy applies to OFFLIMITS, Project X Bucharest and any future OFFLIMITS experiences, unless a specific event, ticketing platform, payment provider or written agreement states different terms.


Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any ticket, paid access, reservation, deposit or event-related service.

OFFLIMITS is an event concept brand based in Bucharest, Romania, creating event experiences built around music, atmosphere, access, visual identity and social energy.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy may apply to:

  • General Access

  • VIP Access

  • Partner Access

  • Paid tickets

  • Paid access confirmations

  • Reservations

  • Deposits

  • Guest list payments, if applicable

  • Event-related services

  • Project X Bucharest

  • Future OFFLIMITS experiences

  • Brand, partner or commercial payments, unless separate written terms apply

If a specific event has its own refund or cancellation rules, those specific rules will apply in addition to or instead of this policy.

3. Access Requests Are Not Purchases

Submitting an access request, joining a list, filling out a contact form, requesting VIP access or contacting OFFLIMITS does not automatically create a paid purchase.

An access request does not guarantee:

  • Event entry

  • Ticket availability

  • VIP approval

  • Partner approval

  • Guest list confirmation

  • Any right to attend an event

Because access requests are not payments, they do not create a refund right by themselves.

A refund may only become relevant if you make a confirmed payment for a ticket, paid access, reservation, deposit or another paid OFFLIMITS service.

4. General Refund Rule for Event Tickets and Paid Access

Paid tickets, paid access, reservations or event participation for a specific OFFLIMITS event date are generally non-refundable, unless:

  • The event is cancelled by OFFLIMITS

  • The event is significantly changed

  • OFFLIMITS approves a refund at its discretion

  • A specific ticketing policy gives you a refund right

  • Applicable law requires a refund

This is because event tickets and leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period may be excluded from the general right of withdrawal under EU consumer rules.  

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

5. Event Cancellation by OFFLIMITS

If OFFLIMITS cancels an event completely and does not offer a replacement date or alternative solution, eligible paid tickets or paid access may be refunded.

Depending on the situation, OFFLIMITS may offer one or more of the following options:

  • Full refund

  • Transfer to a new event date

  • Credit for a future OFFLIMITS event

  • Alternative access solution

  • Other remedy required by applicable law

If a refund is approved, it will normally be made to the original payment method.

6. Event Postponement

If an OFFLIMITS event is postponed to a new date, your ticket or paid access may remain valid for the new date.

If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund or credit by contacting:

The request should be sent within 7 calendar days after the postponement announcement, unless a different deadline is communicated.

If you do not contact us within the stated period, your access may remain valid for the new date and no refund may be available, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Event Location Changes

OFFLIMITS experiences, including Project X Bucharest, may involve private or selected locations.

The exact location may be announced closer to the event date through official channels.

A change of location within Bucharest or nearby areas does not automatically create a refund right, unless the change materially affects the event or applicable law requires a refund.

Location changes may happen for operational, venue, safety, legal, weather, capacity or security reasons.

8. Event Format or Feature Changes

OFFLIMITS may change event details where necessary.

Changes may include:

  • Entry process

  • Access flow

  • Opening or closing times

  • Music or performance elements

  • Visual setup

  • Bar or service availability

  • VIP area layout

  • Partner activations

  • Guest capacity

  • Security rules

  • Venue rules

  • Wristband or QR validation process

  • Program or experience flow

Minor changes do not automatically create a refund right.

If a major change significantly affects the event experience, OFFLIMITS may offer a refund, credit, transfer or alternative solution depending on the circumstances.

9. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the event, you will not be entitled to a refund.

No refunds will be provided if:

  • You do not show up

  • You arrive after entry closes

  • You arrive too late to use your access

  • You choose not to attend

  • You forget your confirmation, QR code or access proof

  • You fail to check official updates

  • You go to the wrong location due to not following official instructions

It is your responsibility to check official OFFLIMITS communication before the event.

10. Refused Entry

No refund will be provided if entry is refused because you do not comply with event rules, venue rules, security requirements or applicable law.

Entry may be refused without refund if, for example:

  • You do not meet the age requirement

  • You cannot provide valid government-issued ID

  • You provide false, altered or suspicious ID

  • You use a fake ticket, fake QR code, fake wristband or fake access confirmation

  • Your access confirmation does not match your identity, where identity checks are required

  • You are visibly intoxicated or unsafe

  • You behave aggressively, abusively or dangerously

  • You harass, threaten or harm other guests, staff or venue representatives

  • You bring prohibited items

  • You refuse a permitted security check

  • You do not follow staff, security or venue instructions

  • You damage property

  • You breach OFFLIMITS Terms & Conditions or Event Rules

OFFLIMITS, venue staff and security staff may make entry decisions for safety, security, legal and operational reasons.

11. Removal From Event

If you are removed from an event due to misconduct, rule violation, safety concerns, property damage, harassment, violence, intoxication, illegal activity or non-compliance with staff instructions, no refund will be provided.

You may also be held responsible for damage, loss, costs or legal consequences caused by your behavior.

12. Age Restrictions and ID Checks

Some OFFLIMITS events may be restricted to guests aged 18+ or another minimum age communicated for the event.

If an age restriction applies, valid government-issued identification may be required.

No refund will be provided if you are refused entry because:

  • You are under the required age

  • You cannot prove your age

  • Your ID is invalid, expired, damaged, altered or suspicious

  • Entry would breach applicable law or venue rules

13. VIP Access and Special Access Benefits

VIP Access, Partner Access or other special access types may include selected benefits.

These benefits may vary depending on:

  • Venue layout

  • Safety rules

  • Capacity

  • Legal requirements

  • Supplier availability

  • Operational requirements

  • Security instructions

  • Event format

OFFLIMITS may adjust VIP areas, access zones, bar benefits, partner placements or other special access elements where necessary.

If a specific paid benefit cannot be provided at all, OFFLIMITS may review the situation and may offer a partial refund, credit, alternative benefit or other solution where appropriate.

14. Bar, Drinks and Service Availability

If an event includes bar access, drink benefits, open bar, selected bar benefits or similar services, these may be subject to:

  • Age restrictions

  • Legal alcohol rules

  • Venue rules

  • Service hours

  • Capacity

  • Stock availability

  • Responsible service decisions

  • Safety and security requirements

OFFLIMITS does not guarantee unlimited availability of any specific drink, brand, product or service unless expressly confirmed in writing as part of a paid access package.

No refund will be provided if bar service is limited because of legal, safety, age, intoxication, stock, supplier, venue or operational reasons.

15. Ticket or Access Transfers

Tickets, paid access, guest list confirmations, wristbands and QR codes are personal and may not be transferred unless OFFLIMITS allows it.

If transfer requests are allowed for a specific event, they must be submitted to:

Transfer requests may need to be sent at least 48 hours before the event.

OFFLIMITS may reject transfer requests for safety, fraud prevention, guest list, capacity or operational reasons.

Unauthorized resale, duplication, transfer or sharing of access confirmations may result in refused entry without refund.

16. Duplicate, Lost or Stolen Access

You are responsible for keeping your ticket, QR code, access confirmation, wristband or guest list confirmation safe.

OFFLIMITS is not responsible for access that is:

  • Lost

  • Stolen

  • Shared with others

  • Copied

  • Sold without authorization

  • Used by someone else

  • Posted publicly online

If your access is used by someone else before you arrive, OFFLIMITS may refuse entry and no refund may be provided.

17. Mistaken Purchases

If you believe you made a mistaken purchase, contact us immediately at:

OFFLIMITS may review the request but is not required to approve a refund unless required by law or stated in the specific ticket terms.

Mistaken purchases may include:

  • Wrong access type

  • Duplicate purchase

  • Incorrect email

  • Wrong event

  • Accidental payment

Requests should be sent as soon as possible after purchase.

18. Refund Request Process

To request a refund review, email:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Email used for purchase

  • Order number or access ID, if available

  • Access type purchased

  • Event name

  • Payment proof, if requested

  • Reason for refund request

  • Any relevant screenshots or documents

OFFLIMITS may request additional information to verify the purchase and review the request.

Incomplete requests may take longer to process.

19. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, OFFLIMITS will aim to process it within a reasonable time.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 14 calendar days after approval, depending on the payment provider, bank or ticketing platform.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Bank processing times, payment provider delays or platform procedures may affect when the funds appear in your account.

20. Fees and Non-Refundable Costs

Some fees may be non-refundable, unless applicable law requires otherwise or OFFLIMITS decides otherwise.

These may include:

  • Payment processing fees

  • Bank fees

  • Platform fees

  • Ticketing service fees

  • Booking fees

  • Administrative fees

  • Currency conversion fees

  • Third-party provider fees

If an event is cancelled by OFFLIMITS, we will aim to communicate whether any fees are refundable or non-refundable according to applicable law and provider terms.

21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, please contact us first at:

We will try to review the issue and provide a solution where possible.

If a chargeback is opened without contacting us, we may provide purchase records, access records, event terms, communication history and other relevant evidence to the payment provider.

Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may result in access cancellation, refused future access or legal action where appropriate.

22. Partner, Sponsor and Commercial Payments

Payments related to brand collaborations, partner access, sponsor placements, commercial activations, venue partnerships, supplier arrangements or custom services may be subject to separate written agreements.

If a separate written agreement exists, that agreement will control refund, cancellation and payment terms.

If no separate written agreement exists, OFFLIMITS will review commercial payment refund requests case by case.

Commercial payments may be non-refundable once planning, production, design, promotion, venue coordination, supplier booking or event preparation work has started.

23. Force Majeure

OFFLIMITS is not responsible for cancellation, delay, postponement, changes or reduced performance caused by events beyond reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Severe weather

  • Fire, flood or natural disaster

  • Power outage

  • Public authority decision

  • Police or emergency service instruction

  • Security threat

  • Venue cancellation or venue restrictions

  • Supplier failure

  • Technical failure

  • Strike or transport disruption

  • Public health restrictions

  • War, civil unrest or terrorism

  • Legal or regulatory changes

  • Other circumstances outside reasonable control

In such cases, OFFLIMITS may offer a new date, credit, alternative solution or refund depending on the situation, provider terms and applicable law.

24. Communication of Changes

OFFLIMITS will aim to communicate important cancellations, postponements, location changes or access updates through official channels, which may include:

  • Website updates

  • Email

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • SMS or messaging platforms, if used

  • Ticketing or access platform notifications

You are responsible for checking official channels before the event.

OFFLIMITS is not responsible if you miss an update because of incorrect contact details, spam filters, inactive accounts, ignored messages or failure to check official communication.

25. Third-Party Ticketing or Payment Platforms

If tickets or paid access are sold through a third-party platform, that platform’s own terms, refund policy, payment rules and processing timelines may also apply.

In case of conflict, the specific event terms, ticketing platform rules or mandatory law may apply.

OFFLIMITS is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party platforms, banks or payment providers, but we will aim to assist where reasonable.

26. Changes to This Policy

OFFLIMITS may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

The version of the policy available at the time of purchase or confirmed access may apply to that purchase, unless a later version is required by law or is more favorable to you.
